Update

Another update on the illustrator work.

Eric and I are doubting our beginning. We're struggling with overcoming the vestiges of our original decision to make the film in 3D. Basically, some of our shots were planned to be complex 3D shots that don't translate well into 2D. As a result, Eric and I are going to have to re-think a lot of our shots.

Update

Illustrator updates. Been working on these two poses the past few days. Finishing them up this week along with starting some animation tests.

Original Background Concept

This was our concept image for when we decided we wanted to use live action backgrounds. As stated previously, however, we weren't able to get good photos for live backgrounds, so they will more than likely be drawn for the final film. Also, our real backgrounds would have obviously been sized to fit the turtles. This image was just a test image grabbed off of google.

Turtle with Thompson. Shooting. (in progress)

Work on the shooting view of the turtle with Thompson. Just need to complete his arm, gun and shell and fix up his porportions to match the original.
